We have been cultivating a large plot of 1.5 hectares here since 2023, part of which we acquired thanks to a fund-raising campaign. The Ardre Valley has the same cool, wet microclimate as the Petit Morin Valley.

Frequent spring frosts and the nature of the clay-limestone soils favour the cultivation of the Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 75% of the village's grape varieties and almost all of our plot.
