36 to 48 months in bottle

Le Talus de Saint Prix

"To remind you that our vines are actually planted on the slope of Saint Prix, the original village..."

Like Éclats de Meulière cuvée, dominated by black grapes, ‘Le Talus de Saint Prix’ is aged for a further year in our cellars.

Even with a low dosage (5.5 g/l), this cuvée is rounder on the palate, combining fruity and biscuity notes.

Enjoy it as an aperitif, or with cheeses such as Munster or Maroilles...
